A fraudulent transaction means that somebody used your credit card. But if you ordered something without beeing delivered (for instance the merchant does not realy exist, etc), you never get your money back becuse there will be no fraudulent transaction.You did it, so that your money is lost. How many merchants did accept Paypal at its beginning? How many will continue to use it tomorrow? Do you think Paypal is a competitor to cards off? No! because they don't secure anything and cost a lot of money to everybody!!
